Eligibility

To register and use TayaWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

TayaWin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory documentation confirming they meet the minimum age requirement, their account will be suspended and any funds held pending investigation. Any winings acrued prior to age verification may be forfeited if the player is found to be underage.

Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one TayaWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering on TayaWin, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information or impersonating another person is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TayaWin username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. TayaWin will not be liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact TayaWin support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

TayaWin complies with applicable KYC and anti-money laundering regulations. We may require identity verification documents — such as a valid government-issued ID — before approving withdrawals, after certain deposit threshold, or at any time at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

Deposits

All TayaWin deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). TayaWin does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must come from a payment account held in your own name.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit at TayaWin is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large transactions may trigger additional verification requirements under our KYC policy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals at TayaWin are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 15 minutes,24/7.
• Bank transfer (InstaPay): Usually within 1–2 hours during banking hours.
• PESONet: Up to one banking day depending on the receiving bank.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at TayaWin is ₱100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements tied to bonus funds. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn directly — only winings generated from eligible play count toward the wagering requirement. Additionally, your KYC verification must be completed and approved before your first withdrawal is processed.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusal

TayaWin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, incomplete identity verification, or a chargeback dispute in progress on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

TayaWin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, freets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general rules apply to all TayaWin bonuses.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All TayaWin bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x) will be stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games at TayaWin contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

TayaWin actively monitors for bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and exploiting errors in bonus terms. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their winings forfeited and their accounts may be closed.

Betting Rules

All bets placed at TayaWin are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport, event, and game type. Players are responsible for understanding the settlement conditions of the markets they wager on.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

TayaWin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion — particularly where there is evidence of price errors, system faults, or suspicious betting patterns. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an official acceptance notification from TayaWin.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and per event. These limits are displayed within each TayaWin market. Limits may be adjusted for high-value events such as NBA Finals or major international tournaments.

7.3 Payout of Winnings

Winings from confirmed and settled bets are credited automatically to your TayaWin wallet balance. Settlement occurs after official event results are confirmed by the relevant governing body. TayaWin will use official results for settlement — unofficial or media reports do not apply.

7.4 Cancelled or Void Events

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the permissible rescheduling window defined in the specific market rules, all pre-event bets are voided and stakes returned. For live in-play markets, settlement rules may differ — please refer to the specific sport's rules within the TayaWin platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at TayaWin. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one TayaWin account.
• Using a false identity, someone else's identity, or fictitious personal information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals against TayaWin deposits.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the TayaWin platform.
• Coluding with other players to exploit TayaWin's betting markets or casino games.
• Exploiting known software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using TayaWin to process illicit funds.
• Accessing TayaWin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Sharing your TayaWin account with or allowing access by any third party.

Amendments to These Terms
